Leadership

One of the most active individuals in hotel investing over the last twenty-five years, our founder and President has directed the investment of over 430 hotels for various public and private entities and continues to pursue opportunities to expand the portfolio in the hotel and multifamily sectors.

Specializing in upscale branded hotels, he led the acquisition team as Executive Vice President - Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions and Portfolio Management for Apple Hospitality REIT (NYSE: APLE) for eighteen years and forged deep relationships within the national hospitality investment community and continues to be a leader in the space.

Prior to entering hospitality Mr. Reynolds acquired multifamily for Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a publicly traded apartment REIT that owned, acquired, developed and managed apartment communities.​

Mr. Reynolds serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of Business and Economics at Radford University, the Advisory Board of the Pamplin School of Business’ School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Virginia Tech, and is a member of the Real Estate Circle of Excellence, advisors to the Kornblau Real Estate Program of the School of Business at Virginia Commonwealth University.​

Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University and a Master of Science in Business with concentration in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University. He currently resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and three children.
